TECNO3 CONTINUOUS MIXER: ACCURATE DOSING AND THOROUGH CLEANING FOR A PRODUCT THAT IS ALWAYS CONSTANT
A number of companies in the food sector, especially in confectionery, due to their production requirements need to add solids (crumbs, cereals etc.) or liquids (fats, flavours etc.) to chocolate, creams and fluids in general. This involves the need to have stirred tanks, even with large capacity if production rates are high, where mixing is carried out with rather long waiting times to be certain of consistency. In addition to meeting all the above objectives, the MDC continuous mixing system is fitted with significant, effective and easy to control automation, which makes it one of its kind. The ingredients are dosed, simultaneously and continuously, with great accuracy, according to their physical features, with designated systems based on load cells or on precision volumetric counters. The recipes can be set and stored on a touch-screen operator panel. Recipe management and proper ingredient dosage are controlled with PLC, which also controls all the other operating parameters. The continuous doser-mixer takes limited space, is easily accessible by the operator and performs very effective mixing. Cleaning operations in recipe change are aided by easy removal of the internal stirrer, easy removal of all ingredient containers and the option to replace the flavour metering unit.
Very precise metering of all ingredients, liquids and solids, and effective mixing assure the product's composition is always consistent. The result is fully confirmed with base doughs of different viscosity and even with high amounts of added ingredients. The ease of taking down the parts in contact with the products and the possibility of thorough cleaning and disinfection make the line extremely versatile for the most varied applications in various food sectors.
