Shell Inspector mould control systems Machines for complementary lines and plants
Series: DCS
Process: Mould control
Output capacity: Step- or continuous movement up to 30 moulds per minute
Shell Inspector is an advanced industrial vision system that can easily be installed on new or existing chocolate moulding systems. It recognises the moulds containing products or parts of products that have not been de-moulded and allows you to exclude them from the production flow.
This permanently solves the issues relating to casting chocolate or cream into moulds that are not fully empty, reducing the resulting causes of stops (for example to clean the cold punch), line soiling and the presence of non-compliant outgoing products.
