The TECNO 3 MDC-A series continuous doser-mixer is used in processes for making chocolate, cream and semi-finished products for the ice cream and confectionery industry, to evenly dose and mix liquid and solid ingredients required in recipes. Unlike traditional batch systems, with loads that at times can involve considerably large amounts for each production unit, the TECNO 3 continuous doser-mixer can be used for small amounts of mixture and ensures quick recipe changes. It can be made as a separate unit to be fitted in various positions on production lines, thanks to the base fitted with wheels to easily move it around. In the preparation of semi-finished products, packaged in containers of different sizes (from 0.3 to 25.0 kg), the doser-mixer comes complete with an electronic dosing and weighing device.
