Specially designed to meet the needs of the modern chocolate industry, which processes fine quality paste while respecting traditional production processes, the fast conches, CV series, apply fluid conching technology. The salient features are represented by the machine body, in which a single shaft with specially designed reels rotates, and by the evaporation tower that ensures the quick removal of unwanted volatile substances. The possibility to operate on a liquid mass, without involving excessive motor power, and the efficient evaporation of the volatile substances ensure a radical reduction of processing times and energy consumption. The conching program is entirely managed by PLC and can be modified depending on the type of chocolate and the final qualitative characteristics desired. The CV series conches are made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, feature a production capacity that ranges from 200 to 6000 litres per batch and can meet the needs of medium and large-scale industry.
