Specially designed to meet the needs of the modern chocolate industry, which processes refined quality pastes in compliance with traditional production processes, the fast conches, CV series, apply fluid conching technology.
The main features are represented by the machine body, in which a single shaft with special paddles rotates, and by the evaporation tower, that ensures the quick removal of unwanted volatile substances.
The possibility to operate on a liquid mass, without involving excessive motor power, and the efficient evaporation of volatile substances ensure a radical reduction in processing times and energy consumption. The conching program is entirely managed by PLC and can be modified according to the type of chocolate and the final qualitative characteristics that you want to get.
The CV series conches are fully made of AISI 304 stainless steel, feature a production capacity that ranges from 200 to 6000 litres per batch and can meet the needs of medium and large-scale industry.
