The MV2 series vertical mixers, designed for the preparation of cream and fat-based semi-finished products for the chocolate, confectionery and ice cream industry, consist of a special omega-shaped tub, with two vertical mixers that intersect to ensure optimal mixing. Made entirely of AISI 304 steel, the system can be accessed easily to facilitate the cleaning operations in the event that the recipe is changed. The electrical panel has a touch-screen operator panel and a PLC to set and manage the tank's temperature, the rotation speed of the two agitators and the mixing time.
