The TECNO 3 MDC-CR series continuous doser-mixer is used in the production of fat-based creams, to evenly dose and mix the liquid and solid ingredients required in the recipes.
The recipes can be set and stored on a touch-screen operator panel. Recipe management and ingredient dosing are controlled from the PLC, which also manages all the other parameters, such as tub temperature, mixer speed and rotation direction, product level, etc.
Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, the continuous doser-mixer takes up little space, can be accessed by the operator and mixes very effectively.
