All operations that enhance the quality of the ingredients and that allow you to obtain the nibs to be fed into the Multiprocess C take place in a limited space. This will help you make chocolate from cocoa nibs, so that you can express your creative skills. 

With Multiprocess R, whole beans are first of all roasted to develop all their aromas. 
The subsequent debacterisation process, which can be regarded as the most important feature of the system, reduces the total bacterial load to a minimum, as in large industrial plants.

Bean fragmentation and the separation of the peel from the nibs is the last step of this exaltation of cocoa. 
The entire process can be followed and observed in complete safety: in fact, you can display the system in your laboratory and assure customers that your products are genuine and produced in hygienic conditions.

Multiprocess R is a versatile system that is also capable of processing all dried fruit and nuts (hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, etc.) from drying to roasting, peeling (where required) and, if necessary, nibbing. 
The processing technology specifically designed for whole fruit ensures a long shelf life, slowing down oxidation.

The touch screen control panel allows you to set the parameters of the different stages of the process and to save various recipes. 
All parts of the system in contact with the product can be easily removed for quick and easy cleaning and sanitation.
